Welcome to NBA Trade Deadline Week!
As the week begins there are two important things to remember:
- To paraphrase something the great Matt Moore tweeted on Sunday night: Don’t buy any Dwight Howard rumor or story unless it comes from one of major news breakers. People like Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski and some folks from ESPN (Maybe not Chris “My Sources Say…” Broussard)
- All Roads Lead To Dwight Howard. Some teams will not make a move until the dust finally settles with Howard.
It should be an interesting couple of days. Will the Magic trade Howard to the Nets or will he go to a team as a rental? Will the Lakers trade Pau Gasol for some fresh legs?
